Espai Quera, founded in 1916, is historic in that it’s not only a restaurant, but that it is inside a library. offering good books, local cava, and a hell of a charcuterie plate, this quiant place intersects literature, culture and flavor.

On the otherhand, la Plata historic because of its same four dishes it has served since 1945.
